In today’s competitive construction marketplace, it is rare to have the company’s principal actively involved in onsite supervision. Yet Joe and Paul believe it is critical for them to be on the job site to ensure that all the details of every project are being addressed. They are the artist's that brings your dream to reality. This accountability is our greatest strength and one of the biggest advantages to building with us.

J O E H I L L was born in Sacramento, California and was raised and lived between California and Idaho before moving to Montana. Joe has been in the construction field for over 45 years, 15 years as a carpenter and 33 years as a superintendent, project manager and original owner of Rocky Mountain Builders. Joe’s constructions experience includes residential apartment buildings to high end homes to the commercial side of construction building high rises, schools, casinos, jails, shopping centers, interstate bridges and federal projects. Joe has been married for over 40 years with 3 grown children. Joe’s favorite things are people, family and construction.

P A U L H I L L was born in Sacramento, California and was raised there until 1996, he then moved to Montana and started his career in construction. Paul has been in construction for over 25 years, he has built custom homes, big commercial projects, and Log homes for 15 years as superintendent, project foreman, lead carpenter you name it. The Last 12 years he has moved into project management, estimating and owner of RMB. Paul is a well rounded tradesman and general contractor who believes you never stop learning and progressing. Paul has a fantastic eye for details and has great design vision. Paul is excellent at helping clients accomplish their goals and vision, and can always be found out on the job-site or in the office.

B r i a n P e t e r s o n served in the armed forces for 8 years, he served in the 163 cavalry. His dad was also a navy man, we are proud to know and work with Brian on a daily basis. Brian excels in Craftsmanship, managing crews, sub-contractors and project details. He knows how to balance a budget and keep a fast paced schedule. Brian is the most dependable, honest and capable manager and operator we have worked with. Brian radiates integrity, he does his job well and always has a smile on his face. Brian is a key member of our RMB family.
